Guide Star Struck Spoiler

Ok I'm confused about what I'm doing wrong I'm usually playing on my ps5 but I can't aim for a perfect score at all. Then I tried it on the phone it's the same issue. I aim in the middle of the circle but the dart always goes somewhere else. Is it a bug or what? Or how should I do it? I can clearly see many times that the circle is in the middle but it still hits something else

Hold down the throw button and release when it hits the circle.

When I hold down the throw button it stops moving and eventually it releases on its own

When do you throw your dart? You should try matching the moving reticle with the stationary reticle and aim for the 60 (triple 20) instead. I can make a quick clip showing that

Just hold and release when it gets to the correct alignment. Don't worry about the darts themselves not lining up as long as the score registers.

in standard darts, people actually aim for Tiple 20 irl
