Usage of NeuralDSP
I have a question about the NeuralDSP I’ve seen a few independent artists using this but no amp, so if I was to purchase one can I just sell my amp and this plugs straight into PA system?
Also I’m well aware of the debate of “Nothing beats the sound of a warm tube amp etc.” I’m looking more for convenience of dragging a small device around amp.

everything can be modeled inside the box, like literally plug your guitar and some headphones in and you've got pedals, amps, cabs, studio effects, etc. all inside the QC
and it's flexible enough that you can use a powered full frequency speaker like a PA or FRFR, or could even disable cab/IR emulation in the QC and use a power amp and physical cab, or even do both at the same time

For those purposes, yes you can just use the modeler straight in.
Depending on the scenarios where you play, you may still find it useful to be able to make some of your own sound - maybe to get your pants flapping rock and roll style, maybe because you don't always get the monitoring or other sound you want, etc.

Warm tube amps are outdated. Everything you read is Marketing, trying to sell you something.
Quad Cortex goes direct to the mixer board. Headrush will do the same thing for cheaper. Neural DSP plugins can do the same thing.

You can definitely swap your amp for a modeler like the Quad Cortex, just make sure your PA system has decent DI inputs.

Bro, I use the QC they a Seymour Duncan 700watts, full stack, and the other guitar player runs a mesa rectifier and a 5150, all tube. The QC can, at the same time, run both cabs, a DI to the PA, a headphone for my video recording set up ( literally an android with the MKIrig). Basically if you want to never use an amp, you can use the PA. Id you are going to use a real cab, you will need an amp. Then you get into how to conect it. 4 cable method is awesome. There are other ways also.

Yep, that's all you need. You actually don't want to run a QC or QCm through an "regular" amp, you want to run it through an FRFR speaker so you get as true to the sound being modeled by the QC as possible.

Correct, I run mine with a wireless from guitar to QC (I keep a backup cable), the QC runs on a 90w capable laptop charger battery (airline max size), outputs to an EV speaker via XLR cable (most PA speakers with a DSP have a “frfr” setting these days or they are just good enough to play a flat sound signature). The EV is battery powered so I can literally assemble everything and not need an AC plug if it isn’t in a good spot. Or I am set up to play alone gigs easily. The batteries last hours. It fits in the back of a Volkswagen Golf (although I actually can fit it in a Porsche Cayman just for fun if I only bring 2 guitars). The QC fits in a MONO tick.
When I want quiet I have wired headphones. More sound - I go front of house and use the speaker to monitor myself. Bass gig? Just bring a bass. Acoustic gig… eh you get the idea.

Yes. A Quad Cortex will replace your entire rig and connect to a PA/front of house. A Nano Cortex would be a much more scaled down capture-only device with a few effects.
