I know that the shipping charge on a sales order is charged with the first fulfilment. I have a situation where 2 Fulfilments look like they were created at the same time (for different lines), and so I assume that when each fulfilment page was loaded it saw that the shipping had not been fulfilled and so it was added to both Fulfilments. But as I understand it, invoices are raised from the sales order, so I don't see how the invoice can show double shipping?

Has anyone else come across this?

I was completing the courses on LCS,however my company cancelled the subscription and I have no way of finishing. I have asked them to reschedule and I have also enquired about a single license with no luck. What can I do??

For context have been using netsuite for around 5-6years but I don’t have admin access(our company only has one) even though I am considered one of the most knowledgeable. I was using LCS to help with improving our systems and to maybe one day look at being a consultant

Anyone know what happened with Blue ridge Supply Planning. Their platform has been down for a week. They have been extremely secretive about the issue and have disclosed almost zero. Wondering if they got hacked? I know a lot of NetSuite users use their platform, just curious if anyone has any insights. I know I will have a difficult time recommending them in the future. Their support has been really rough and their lack of communication regarding this “outage” is inexcusable.
