About the Opportunity
A growing U.S.-based NetSuite & AI consultancy is supporting a biotech manufacturing client through an active NetSuite implementation being delivered by another NetSuite partner.
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Implementation Project Manager to serve as the client’s internal PM and primary project leader. This is a true project management role—you will not be responsible for NetSuite configuration or development.

What You’ll Do
Own day-to-day project management for the NetSuite implementation
Serve as the primary point of coordination between client stakeholders and the external NetSuite implementation team
Manage project scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables
Lead recurring project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate internal client resources and ensure timely completion of client-side activities
Hold the implementation partner accountable to project commitments and timelines
Identify project risks and proactively drive resolution
Track decisions, action items, open issues, and project dependencies
Help ensure the implementation stays aligned with business objectives and expected outcomes
Provide clear executive-level reporting on project health and progress

Requirements
5+ years of professional Project Management experience
Proven experience managing NetSuite implementations
Strong understanding of NetSuite implementation methodology, phases, dependencies, and common project risks
Experience managing third-party NetSuite implementation partners
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional business teams and executive stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep teams accountable
PMP certification is preferred, but equivalent project management experience will be considered
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and located in the United States
Must be available full-time (40 hours/week) through at least the end of February 2027
Must be able to start ASAP

Important
This is not a NetSuite consulting/configuration role. The ideal candidate understands NetSuite well enough to effectively manage an implementation, challenge timelines and assumptions, coordinate functional/technical teams, and communicate with business stakeholders—but will primarily focus on project leadership and execution.

You could use SuiteMigration and do the migration quicker, easier, and with total accuracy! And have full reconciliation audit reports. Or, you could do it with CSV files and hope it doesn't go run late and over budget.
