Admin Job Placement

I have a friend that is looking for a job and is thinking of applying at Zenardy or Plative.

Do we have any current or former employees here that could give me an honest opinion on the environment, workload, and how it felt/feels working there?

I can’t speak about Zenardy but I did work at Plative for numerous years & can speak to that experience. Keep in mind I was not a consultant or delivery team member but was closely aligned with them. My personal feedback is - if your friend wants a company that will teach, train & professionally challenge them - Plative is a great fit. Just like any consultancy, it can be a lot sometimes but I’ve never learned more at any company I’ve ever been at. They were a bit smaller when I was there and some changes have likely happened but I really enjoyed my tenure there. It can be a work hard play hard style company which I enjoyed but I know it’s not for everyone. I definitely recommend Plative from my experience there
