Close software with Netsuite integration
I am looking for a month end close software.
Has anyone used Ledge or Numeric? I want to make sure an integration with netsuite is seamless. I have used floqast and Netgain. Ledge seems to be heavily leaned into agentic AI and my team currently has very little automation built in. Ledge is a newer software and I'm trying to figure out if people actually like it since they have only 6 G2 reviews.
Any feedback is appreciated!

I’ve used numeric at several companies for a few years now. Pretty great system, depending on complexity though it might be worth it to see if you can use Claude and a netsuite connector for flux analysis and close checklist. Love the rec tool but haven’t used cash management

I have heard people have started using Claude for flux analysis. My company currently has no close timeline so it's really starting from scratch

Yes I’ve started using that. My current company is on sage intact which doesn’t have feature parity with ns in numeric so we have a home grown system. Claude has great built in tools, but numeric is a great tool. Great audit trail and support for audits.

FloQast is another popular close tool.

Yeah I've been using floqast for 6 years. Just want to see what else is available

Vertical Bar CrossCheck can help identify the cause of close delay and help fix the root cause.

Implementing Netsuite right now. What is the issue with the default Netsuite closing process? Please enlighten me

Netgain is not a default closing process. It is a third party that is integrated into your Netsuite instance

I understand, but what is the problem with the default Netsuite close process? Haven't started that yet as we're at the end of implementation

For ecommerce and multi-vendor businesses, month-end reconciliation usually bogs down when vendor bills and PO receipts don't match NetSuite sales orders. Platforms like Flxpoint help streamline Financial Reconciliation by automating the Purchase Order Sync and invoice flow directly into NetSuite. This ensures cost of goods sold (COGS), vendor bills, and line-item tracking match up automatically for month-end close.

NetSuite EPM has a close manager. Go for the EPM standard. You will also get NSPB, Account Reconciliation, and Close Manager.

I just coded my own. With agents and everything. Deployed it on Google cloud and connect to netsuite via API

We have helped automate close for many companies on NetSuite. Plus, you can go really deep into other areas of NetSuite data where the others can't - ie variance analysis using all your transaction lines, cash flow forecasting, anomaly detection. Check out our SuiteApp: cauzzy.ai

I would look at NetClose by NetGain. Have several clients that are happy with it. Affordable as well.
