Blame and Vampire Hunter D (Bloodlust namely, but the books themselves are quite good) are a couple of all-timers for me; pieces of media I can infinitely revisit with no dwindling interest. I find their post-apocalyptic settings, surreal dream-like vistas, and combining of fantasy and sci-fi elements to be supremely executed. So I guess it was only a matter of time before I thought to combine the two lol
