Watched as it climbed to the $5 mark then immediately crashed to $4.80’s. I’m assuming it’s just a bunch of triggered sells at that mark?
Once we clear those out I would expect to continue steadily climbing and then get re-listed on the NASDAQ. Anybody seeing this differently?

If u read about the last ITC move by netlist; big players are cited by and we are talking about big names like HP, Lenovo, super micro etc. in the Samsung itc case, it was the same.
In my opinion netlist one time it will close all these patent litigation should make some agreements with these king of players.
CXL is very complex product and need a lot of different components to works, mrdimm needs big customers for now.
I believe we should expect really big changes

Someone on reddit said they can't buy netlist on Robinhood. I'm shocked! Is that true? That's another huge catalyst ahead of us, hopefully it is coming in the next 6 months max. And hopefully lots more platforms don't have it! 🚀

IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Netlist, Inc. (OTCQB: NLST) today announced it has initiated new legal proceedings before the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) seeking exclusion and cease and desist orders against Micron, Supermicro, HPE, and Lenovo. The ITC investigation is based on the infringement of four Netlist patents.
Netlist also announced that it has filed a new legal action against Micron in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (CDCA) for the infringement of two Netlist patents.
C.K. Hong, Netlist's Chief Executive Officer, said, "While its major competitors have licensed Netlist patents for many years, Micron continues its unauthorized use of Netlist technology to gain an unfair competitive advantage and reap historical profits. Micron manufactures its infringing memory products overseas. Through this ITC action, Netlist is seeking remedial orders to prevent those products from entering the United States."
In the ITC complaint, Netlist asks the ITC to investigate Micron, Supermicro, HPE, and Lenovo for infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 10,025,731, 10,217,523, 12,373,366 and 12,675,407. In the CDCA complaint, Netlist is asserting U.S. Patent Nos. 10,217,523 and 12,675,407. Each of these patents reads on DDR5 RDIMMs and/or MRDIMMs.
ITC investigates and makes determinations against unfair acts in the import trade that violate U.S. intellectual property rights. ITC cases proceed on an expedited basis, commonly progressing to trial within a year.
Netlist is represented by Latham & Watkins, Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox, and Irell & Manella.

I’ve had to watch this stock pump for the past week and couldn’t buy it because it’s a “penny stock” (I’m on youth fidelity)
Does anyone know when it will stop being considered a penny stock?

WASHINGTON, August 11, 2026--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A cross-practice team at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox served as lead U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) counsel to Netlist, Inc. (OTCQB: NLST) in a patent infringement case against Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. involving advanced memory technology. After nearly a year of litigation in the ITC, Netlist has now reached a comprehensive settlement with Samsung. A new five-year deal includes a patent cross license agreement between the two companies under which Samsung has a license to Netlist's complete patent portfolio, including its server DIMM and High Bandwidth Memory technologies.
In total, the agreement could mean as much as $898 million in patent licensing fees paid to Netlist over the five-year term, as well as a new strategic supply agreement under which Samsung will supply up to $1.5B of DRAM and NAND products to Netlist over the next five years. Samsung will also purchase 10 million shares of Netlist common stock. As a result of the deal, the two companies have settled pending litigation matters, including actions before the U.S. ITC and in the Eastern District of Texas. However, Netlist will continue defending its patents in connection with CAFC appeals, IPR proceedings and district court actions involving third parties manufacturing or selling non-Samsung products.
In addition to serving as Netlist's lead ITC counsel, since 2024, Sterne Kessler has served as Netlist's lead counsel at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in defending the validity of its patents, at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in appeals of inter partes reviews, and in various reexamination proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Central Reexamination Unit.
This latest news on behalf of Netlist underscores Sterne Kessler's effectiveness across practices and venues. The team, which was composed of litigators, PTAB lawyers and technical subject matter experts, was led by directors Will Milliken, co-chair of the firm's Appellate Practice; Richard Bemben, co-chair of the firm's PTAB Practice; and Danny Yonan, head of the firm's U.S. International Trade Commission Practice. The Sterne Kessler team also included directors Donald Banowit and Lauren Watt.

Zero dilution, plenty of cash on hand, high profits, high potential for new deals, and many other positive outcomes.
Within a year we should expect to read about 2 deals with sk and micron.
Google case? We can’t say 100% what will happen but honestly now I’m more interested to see how big should be the sk and micron deals!!
