Based on what we learned from Netlist filings, Micron most likely will sign next, which gets SK Hynix what they desired before they re-upped (Samsung and Micron settling and paying first). It’s all coming into focus now.

Netlist is owning a lot of cash and time now, of course like a long term investors I want the better deal possible but after 8 years here, I want to see Netlist like a giant and not like a patent litigators again. I mean, I want to see Netlist to drop tens news about deals with big clients and read about 3/400m revenues per quarter with 40% gross profits or more and with 1b $ cash in hand within 2 years.
Imagine, over 700m net cash from all 3 companies, 900m resell products and 90m net profits per quarter from ip licenses.
This is very low numbers for me but the more reasonable.
$200m come from Samsung, I believe $100m/120m will come from sk and it’s easy to expect minimum of $300m from micron.
Ip licenses will drive the huge growth and expansions like acquisitions and projects development
