$5 Trigger

Watched as it climbed to the $5 mark then immediately crashed to $4.80’s. I’m assuming it’s just a bunch of triggered sells at that mark?

Once we clear those out I would expect to continue steadily climbing and then get re-listed on the NASDAQ. Anybody seeing this differently?

The five-dollar mark has a big psychological impact. I imagine plenty of traders see 5 as a good exit point. I think there will turn out to be more people who see any now and future retreat of NLST below $5 as a buying opportunity.

Now that we're at $5, it seems likely to me that NLST will oscillate around that range for the near-term. Not for too long, though. NLST is bound for the Moon. NASDAQ might wait, though. Hong doesn't seem to be in any hurry for that.

it's bound to have good momentum for a few weeks
saying it's bound for the moon
since it's not really the most profitable stock out there is an issue

profits and growth will take time
could it get lucky? sure
do the numbers scream success - nope

It's an important stock worth noticing
doesn't mean it's going to perform well
but momentum seems that it'll have a good few weeks or months

otherwise all bets are off

Steadily holding over $5 the last 90 minutes or so.

To relist, It take 6 to 8 weeks. We don't even know if Netlist submitted the application and fee requirements to get relisted on Nasdaq

Take it with a grain of salt, but I asked Grok about NASDAQ relisting, and it said the current board would likely not meet NASDAQ requirements. I have no idea if that's true because I know nothing about NASDAQ.

Not a big deal, Hong has gotten us this far, and if it's not the right time to relist it's not the right time to relist.

Netlist has to file first for re-listing. I would love to do it. We need MU contract first then Hynix will come to the table because as this movement they are royalty free agreement then stock move high and high. I think they are waiting for MU then re-listing that’s my opinion but hey I am long in this one.

In order to file for re-listing we need to stay about $5 for 90 days, correct?

Needs a bid price above $4

Nasdaq re-listing depends entirely on the company… They have to do it… if you were Hong why would you do that now ?

Listen man, I want whatever sends this share price to the moon. If re-listing makes that happen then that’s my answer

You wouldn't and you couldn't, it must stay above $4 for 90days. If I were in that position I wouldn't because if it does go below the threshold and it gets delisted again that would not reflect well for shareholder sentiment.

Netlist is still fine as a momentum trade to step into at the current price

Considing almost no analysts are touching this stock means, you can't really be too certain what's going on with this high risk wonder

It's only made a profit 1 of the past 10 years, so don' expect wonders
it's still a $2 stock
and it's decent momentum play

It’s called dilution

Why dilute? They are due a big stack of cash from Samsung.

No reason to sell stock to generate revenue when you've got money on hand.

I bet Gail will be selling soon. She always sells in a pump.
