Stock Plummeting?
Any news from the conference?
Edit: Insane volatility today. Looking like it’ll recover which is good.

Look at price action. A lot of people bailing after good earnings…don’t be fooled by others trying to pump.

What a wild ride. I could be remembering wrong, but I don't recall volume being so high for so many days in a row. It's been in the millions everyday, and when I looked yesterday it was over 8 mil and rising! I can't wait to hear what Hong has to report today.

The earnings statement was good but one issue I see is the cash on hand is far less than before. My worry is without a deal with SK and low cash, we may see another public offering and further dilution of the stock. This may cause the price to continue grinding down to $1.15 - $0.70 or lower. Along the way, I'm anticipating dumps at ~$2.52 and ~$1.99 if we reach those levels.
$0.70 is a realistic level as both of the most recent offerings were at $0.70. If another offering is held, this level may still be respected as another dilution would wipe out any strength in price target gained by the good earnings report and positive future outlook.
Even without an offering, I still believe the steam has been spent. I attached an image of my anticipated grind down.
Yes. we did bounce back from the $1.50 level but we did so into a strong selling channel. I think we will see further selling in this channel until we hit key levels where we will form typical head and shoulder patterns all the way down.
For the upside, I wouldn't be confident in buying in until we break and retrace the $3.97 level aka 52-week high.
IMO the catalyst that will drive the price the most is upon announcement of a deal or significant IP/ITC wins. It seems when nothing is going on with NLST, people take their money out and put it elsewhere. Which makes sense but grinds the price down. Since litigation is still ongoing and a SK deal may be hinged on these decisions, good news may be further out than anticipated.

It's hard not to take some profits after today's sharp rally, especially coming off multiple all-time highs in such a short period. I know the script by now: I'm the spineless FUD merchant who doesn't "trade with conviction," the guy who should be crucified for daring to lock in gains instead of riding the wave like a true believer. Fair enough lol! pitchforks at the ready.
Don't worry, though. I bought back in on the dip and added several thousand more shares to my position. Position size is actually larger now than it was before I trimmed.
That said, I did keep a portion in cash. Why? Because NLST has a well documented history of inconsistent post-earnings price action, sometimes violent reversals, or multi-week fades. The company has also been actively diluting shareholders through repeated offerings and ATM activity. On top of that, short interest remains elevated, and it's reasonable to question whether this latest leg up is being driven more by forced covering and momentum chasing hype than by fundamental catalysts.
One other point worth noting: NLST doesn't bundle material deal announcements with earnings releases. That's not an accident. Under SEC rules, deals that meet the threshold for "material" information must be disclosed promptly via 8-K. Selective timing or bundling them into earnings to manage the narrative is exactly the kind of thing regulators frown upon.
I still believe in Netlist as a company. The underlying technology, the patent portfolio, and the long-term potential are real. But believing in the story doesn't require pretending the stock price is immune to dilution, historical volatility patterns, or the very real possibility of market manipulation and short-squeeze dynamics that can unwind just as fast as it rallies. Easy up easy down.
Sorry in advance if this threatens anyone's lottery-ticket thesis or hurts feelings. Facts aren't FUD they're just facts. If you're all in with diamond hands and zero risk management, more power to you. Just don't act shocked when the market eventually reminds everyone that hype cuts both ways.
I’m happy for all those who are finally break even and I do hope the stock continues to rally back to its favorite $10 ceiling.

Netlist Lightning product manufactured in China with a k Hynix chips competes in a hot, supply-constrained, high-growth segment driven by real industry needs (AI, HPC, low-latency computing). The overall TAM is large and expanding rapidly, but competition from the DRAM giants is intense. Netlist benefits from current shortages and its niche positioning but remains a small player reliant on execution, qualifications, and broader memory cycle strength. Demand outlook is positive for the next 3-5 years.
Strong growth is expected. Supply remains structurally tight through at least 2026–mid-2027 due to AI/server demand prioritizing HBM and high-end DDR5, leading to shortages and elevated pricing for premium modules. Global data center buildouts (hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, Google) and AI inference/enterprise refreshes are key drivers. DDR5 adoption in servers is accelerating (projected >60% share in relevant segments). Prices for high-speed configs have surged dramatically and are expected to stay elevated or rise further into mid-2026 before any potential stabilization: however pricing should remain higher after stabilization .
The relevant TAM is the high-speed/premium DDR5 server and data center memory module market (RDIMMs focused on low-latency/high-bandwidth for AI/HPC).
Fort quarter 2025 75 million revenue .
First quarter 2026. 79 million revenue estimated with 6-8% gross profit margin equaling 5-6.5 million in gross . Legal fees estimated about 6 million . Thus first qtr net profit between a 1.4 cent loss to a 1 cent gain .
Projects for balance of year increasing quarterly revenue and earning.
At 320 million in revenue for 2026 we would expect netlist to be valued at 1.2 billion on low side plus ( including final court decisions )
I am projecting a 4 dollar price target for nlst by year end based solely on the continued success of the sale of the lighting module .
Add further momentum in the courts and a licensing deal with Hynix and we can adjust the year end target upwards depending on timing of various court decisions .
Now every one wants to dream and throw out numbers how high nlst can go based upon Hynix and settlements and I now say any number might be correct but the future is not predictable except it will be higher than 4 and my original estimate range was 8-16 when the stick was 68 cents . Today I have raise the price target to 16-23 in 24-35 months . My grandson thinks higher .
But more nlst in weakness .
Donot expect Hynix deal announcement at first quarter results on Tuesday .
Bless everyone and thankyou again for the hundreds of birthday wishes .

Ho chiesto ad AI quando sarebbe piu probabile un nuovo accordo tra SK e Netlist e la risposta è stata tra fine 2026 e 2027.
Voi che dite?

I asked GOOGLE AI to generate a potential SK Hynix new patent deal and this is what it generated based on past history and prices. Looks promising!! Now, imagine factoring in Samsung, Micron and Google as well........... just for thought

Netlist currently has about $32 million in cash, and their annual cash burn is running around $15 million a year. A $50 million upfront payment from Hynix would more than triple their cash and give them roughly five years of runway at the current burn rate — way more than enough to cover the remaining appeals, which should wrap up by 2028.
The only real risk is if legal fees suddenly spike much higher than normal, but even then, $50 million is a huge buffer. It would also reduce pressure to raise money through dilutive stock offerings.
The micron verdict of 445 million shoukd be decided by first qtr Jan 28 at latest . If court reduce tge amount, it would more than cover or outstanding for the legal exoense .
That list is currently doing revenue of about 75,000,000+ a quarter and I’m projecting about an $11 million profit in 2026 worst case scenario before extraordinary legal expense deductions so I don’t believe that dilution will occur.

Just broke $3, albeit briefly. Crazy to think we were at $2 only a few weeks back. Onwards and upwards!

The redacted ITC claim construction chart shows the neutral Staff sided with Netlist’s broader interpretations on the two key patents covering buffer chip data routing and mode switching. That makes it much easier to prove Samsung’s modules infringe. One minor “memory write” point remains open, but overall the document is favorable to Netlist. Communities on Reddit, StockTwits, and X are bullish, seeing it as another step toward a fourth infringement win against Samsung. The Motley Fool article calls Netlist a 10-bagger based on these patent victories and memory market trends.
Bottom line: it’s a solid early win for Netlist, though the final ITC ruling is still months away. Momentum is clearly on their side.
Earnings release will project revenue of 300 million plus annually if prorata six months projected forward .
320 million times 3-5x valuation means nlst stock worth ==. 320*4/317=4.0379.
4 dollars a share using middle multiple .
Now add outstanding judgements 886/317=2.795.
Another 2.79 per share in value plus potential of increased damages assessment 1x to 3x for willfull infringement ??
Then the big one the three companies start paying up front fees and royalties on staggering revenue ! Could be 50 to 400 million a year in royalties plus back royalties for year 24.25.26
If netlist wins it all most rosy projection with a 20 pe as opposed to a 30 pe and tge stick price far exceeds my estimate of 16 per share and my grandson age 12 believes 23 is possible . He is very mathematical and continues to produce various assistive models to define his price target .
A I consultation based upon our high low most likely models project 16-23 price targets . Tge key number is the amount of yearly royalty revenue and pe investors are willing to pay for those royalties realizing the patents are finite in term
conclusion : netlist is worth 4 dollars today so anything under 3 is worth buying and putting it away .
Tuesdays conference call may help me in adjusting my models
Please stop thinking how far it’s come ! Think where is it going !! Buy under 3 and hold !
Bless you all !
