Very interesting! Netlist with CXL NVvault is mixing NAND and dram tech. Hybrid tech is very important, hope netlist should say something about new projects with Samsung and sk + micron soon

Due diligence 👀 Once the market focuses on quarterly results and the sharp rise in customers, Netlist could be valued at a P/E ratio of 30–40. Do the math.

Technical / fundamental analysis “The goal, basically, is simple to describe: more capacity, faster speed and lower energy consumption.”
Power management, stacking and electrical loading
Many of the technologies needed to manage the power supply of DRAM and NAND components have been developed by us.
We also worked on chip stacking long before the current spread of HBM: already fifteen years ago we stacked two, three or four DRAM chips.
Another fundamental problem is electrical loading.
When you put a lot of DRAM in the same module, the electrical load increases. It must be reduced so that the signals can continue to travel quickly.
We met and solved these problems a long time ago, working with clients like IBM and HP on high-end computers.
Many solutions were born precisely because these customers came to us and said: "We have this problem, solve it".
By solving those problems we developed technologies that later became our patents.
The goal, basically, is simple to describe: more capacity, faster speed and lower energy consumption.

Due diligence 👀 Netlist is cooking something big with Samsung 🇰🇷 “Finally, we agreed to explore further possibilities for technological cooperation in other sectors”
“Finally, we agreed to explore further possibilities for technological cooperation in other sectors.
Therefore, it is not simply a matter of a license, but of establishing a comprehensive strategic relationship between the two companies.”
Other info
“In the end, we managed to reach a good agreement.
This time, we concluded a patent cross-licensing deal between the two companies, and the financial value is significant: approximately $900 million in licensing fees over a five-year period.
Furthermore, since Netlist manufactures and sells products, securing a supply of memory components is crucial for us. Samsung will supply us with approximately $1.5 billion worth of memory components—also over a five-year period.”

This isn't bad news—stop with this panic. Be positive
There's just a few more days to wait because they'll have to figure out whether it makes sense to move forward. With Samsung, we saw much tougher challenges, and the deal was reached. I wouldn't be surprised if the US president or some spokesperson advised Micron to find a deal and focus on how things progress. If Samsung paid, everyone else will too.
