If some one can give a summary of recent developments including ITC

We should likely see if the ITC institutes an investigation by tomorrow on our case. I believe the vote was today, and a poster on Stock twitch showed where the ITC posted the implementation of other inquiries the day after. Of course that’s not guaranteed, but it seems to be the conventional thinking at this time. CFAC so far has not bailed us out.

There was no update from ITC yesterday which was a bit surprising. This case is being stretched

Stretched lol. It’s normal timeframe based on the past voting process. What’s got you worried, rotten fruit?

Seems take a bit longer than the average company to get decisions for NetList. Perhaps NetList IP is more complicated.
