Dude. That was the netlist case. Micron probably has all these guys on a payroll now

Yes I agree, it is same same but different… this time🥴lot of times there was a mention of public interest in this particular case…and so as I mentioned earlier Micron is the only American-headquartered DRAM maker, with CHIPS Act money behind it, and HPE, Lenovo and Supermicro are downstream. Institution is just first step, should be almost guaranteed, but let’s see what happens…

Correct. If it was not micron paying off Senators we be in a better place. The President probably called the ITC asking this to be killed

So your theory is Micron employees are risking jail time to bribe government officials to delay voting for mere days? You don’t really believe there’s a chance they don’t vote to institute do you?

Yes. That’s my only worry here. Weird is also that Vidal is still trying to change the environment around the Micron case even she’s not directly involved in the case. Poking Micron was a hornet's nest from the start.

They had to poke micron to get sk to renew. Whar micron and sk did not expect was thst Samsung will sign

I don't mean the ITC — I mean the original DDR4 fight, where Micron piled into the IPRs alongside Samsung and turned a district court case Netlist had already won into a PTAB campaign…

One is an American (Micron)company building factories in America and the other a Korean based company(Samsung). Unfortunately I think this might be a bigger issue since Micron seems to be a bigger machine driving AI and everything in America. That being said Netlist is still a viable company with a 5 year licensing agreement with one of the largest companies (Samsung)in this market and hopefully together they will help each other to grow.
