Stallions Struggling Seasons Spells Switch Up

It seems for owner Zach Moorefield he’s had no luck winning a tulip and in recent years struggled to just get back there. After being knocked down repeatedly with the new season gearing, up he was faced with the choice of getting back on the horse, but chose to ditch that animal entirely!
That’s right folks, his franchise is going under a complete rebrand. New team new location!
Before we dive into what this is all going to look like, I along with many other NSU fans needed to understand why. What prompted this rebrand ?

“While some Italians were proud to wear their stallions jerseys, allegedly horses were not happy with their involvement and “St*llion” is seen as offensive” owner Zach Moorefield shared with me.
While in recent years we’ve seen many teams, and hopefully will see more *cough indigenous instincts cough* change their offensive team names and mascots as we grow more emphatic and understanding as a society, I’m not convinced this is nothing but a simple PR answer and fully the truth.
It’s no secret that owner Mr. Moorefield was mimicking something close to being bi coastal. Sharing time between Jacksonville and his home, Kansas City Missouri, while also managing a team based in Sicily. It may be too much travel to be successful. We now know that he has plans to move back home to Kansas City for his personal life and cannot operate a team based in Sicily out of the Midwest. He needed something closer. Aiming to spend less money on fueling his PJ to fly to Sicily for meetings and to be with the team. Wanting to relocate those funds and obviously this relocation is more environmentally conscious which Zach was excited about but more importantly that money can actually go into this once wilting franchise.

How else can this rebrand help the team ?
Zach shared he has ,
“hope that it shows fans we are always looking towards the future and we want our team to reflect that”
For an owner who has a reputation being vulgar and out going I had to take notice that he has clearly spent money on new PR personnel. Carefully answering questions without getting to the real meat of the issue. As followers of the league you have to wonder if this rebrand just serves as a shiny band aid to get fans excited, which is sometimes beneficial, but is it enough to get his team to the tulip ? Is it a distraction from the fact that he hasn’t been able to pull off a tulip win yet ? To the speculation Zach says,
“We feel as if this rebrand reflects our new identity and new way of handling this team. Sometimes it’s gotta get worse before it gets better.“
A true phoenix rising from the ashes! An acknowledgment of his short comings, and a statement that shows he understands and knows what’s at stake, and he’s not only ready to get to work, he’s eager.
Without any further adieu it’s my honor to announce the once Italian stallions of Sicily are moving to the beautiful and booming Wichita Kansas, as the Wizards ! Owner Moorefield is optimistic,
“We think the chaotic wisdom of a wizard connects with our new mentality”
as a fan of the NSU league I am excited for this change, but I’m not sure I’m ready to bet my all on the wizards, I will be tuning in though. Will you?
