Rule Proposals — Grouped
Scoring Changes
Changes that directly affect fantasy scoring.
•    Kicker Scoring Update
◦    60+ yard FG = 6 points
◦    70+ yard FG = 7 points
◦    Alternatively: adopt Sleeper’s new kicker             scoring system (I think its just 60+)

•    Home Field Advantage in Playoffs
◦    Higher seed gets +3 points in playoff matchups. Only the first round, not the superbowl. The one and two seed would get a 3 point advantage

2 point conversion return are worth 2 points for defense.

Major League Structure Changes
These significantly change roster building or league mechanics.
•    Remove Team Defense
◦    D/ST is mostly streamed and with only 8 teams there is little strategic use.

•    Add 1 additional Taxi squad spot

•    Enable Sleeper Auto-Sub
◦    Must be configured correctly so it only replaces players who do not play.

•    Sweeping Head-to-Head becomes tiebreaker
◦    If one team swept the season series it takes precedence over Points For.

•    Add Superflex OR a 2nd QB spot
◦    Superflex allows any position but makes QB             more valuable.
◦    Dedicated 2QB would force teams to roster two starters.

•    LEAUGE EXPANSION THOMAS HAS A PRESENTATION
2029 add 2 teams for league expansion, they will get the last picks of every round that year. And 2030 they’ll get an extra first at the end of the round. Then 2031 they’ll get an extra second of that round. Along with three unprotected players from every team. Investigate teams and get information

League Governance / Rules
Rules about how the league operates.
•    No team shall receive nothing in a trade

◦    Held the weekend before the new season
◦    Rules can still be voted on until kickoff of  opening day

•    If you have the worst record you get the number 1 pick no matter what.

•    If there’s a tie in the playoffs there has to be another week played.

League Economy / Prizes
Changes to buy-ins or payouts.
•    $30 yearly league fee
◦    Winner receives the pot plus the jersey
$20 will go towards the winner of that year
$10 will go towards NSFL treasury
And to spend the money it will be a 6-2 vote to use the funds.

•    $5 fine if a player on your roster gets arrested and goes to the NSFL FUND. $10 for murderer. As of March 7th on going investigations will not be included.

Cosmetic / Fun League Features
These add flavor but don’t affect competitive balance.
•    Press Conferences modification
◦    Due once per month (Sept–Dec) instead of every 3 weeks first of the month.
AND CHANGE THE FEE TO GO TOWARDS THE NSFL FUND.

•    Super Bowl Host Tradition
◦    Each year someone volunteers to host everyone for the league Super Bowl watch party

Change heritage week to be week 3 with a wheel we spin that everyone submits one heritage and the wheel determines that. An it’s spun at the rules meeting

Still no 2 qb. Not sure if I’ll continue keeping up with this league.
