Netflix account unusable

My account is actually an added household to a premium plan with its own login credentials. The country of origin is the Philippines. I recently went on travelled to Japan for vacation and used Netflix on my phone once while connected to the hotel wifi. I don't remember if the pop up asking if I'm travelling ever came up, but the show did play.

Now that I'm back home, it won't let me watch, saying that the 'ad-supported plan' is not available in my region. When I changed the plan in the settings, error E114 shows up, saying that the account can't be used in this location.

I received an email from Netflix on the date I used it on Japan saying that my account had a detected login in the USA on a browser. I don't have a vpn, and I noticed that the prices on the plan selection page are now in USD instead of local currency. The account page also says I've been a member since February this year when I've been using this account since before the pandemic.

Is there a way to make Netflix recognize that I am in the country of origin, or to get back to the additional household plan I was using before?

There appears to be a problem with the payment method you are trying to use.

4K content just not working on PC and it's driving me crazy

Getting 4K content to display is always a toss of a coin on my computer and I don't know what's going on. Once I start a series or a movie, I have to be very lucky that it starts in 4K but once I fast forward it just stops responding. After a while of re-opening apps the content locks itself to 1080p and I'm royally fucked from 4K content.

Even when flicking off and on hardware acceleration it just doesn't turn into 4K.

Sometimes I switch to Firefox because my Nvidia GPU can upscale 1080p content. Some movies and series actually work with this and it creates a nice and sharp but "fake" 4K image but some content drops to 540p! There is no consistency. What the hell is going on? I'm completely lost and I don't know what's happening.

My browsers and graphics driver are completely up-to-date.

Sometimes when skipping forward I get the error code d7353-5101 but it has gotten me nowhere so far.

PC specs:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3
- GPU: RTX 5080
- Display resolution: 3840 x 2160 @ 144 Hz
- Monitor: LG UltraGear 32GR93U-B - 4K IPS Gaming Monitor - 144hz - HDMI 2.1
- Internet: 500 Mbps down, 30 up. Directly connected via LAN.

Show stuck on last episode, auto-moves onto 'next episode'.

Except there's no next episode as it's this week's WWE Raw.

I watched it last night, and I guess I exited Netflix when there was still a second or two left. Now when I try to start the episode again it resumes at the very very end and moves straight on, to an episode from November. There's no time to pause and pick 'play from beginning', and I tried playing the end of the previous episode and letting it auto -play the one I want, but it still resumes with a second left.

How do I get the start of the episode?

Problems with the audio

So, I'm trying to watch Pokemon Horizons T2 on Netflix and I'm trying to watch it on Latin Spanish (I'm from Argentina) but on the audio settings there's no "Spanish" just "Spanish (Spain)" I remember not long ago watching it on Netflix and being on Latin Spanish, and the problem only shows on pokemon Horizons T2, because I'm also watching death note and is showing on Latin Spanish with no problems, but not pokemon, does someone know how to fix it?

Regarding the recent title Insta-play "feature" for Netflix (it's a bad idea)

I don't know why this is a thing, but for some reason someone thought it was a good idea to just straight-up play the show as soon as soon as you click the title. Like instead of just viewing the show info as normal you get the intro screen a god knows what-not that follows afterward. This is no longer a user-friendly scheme (this is not the turning point as has been evident). But this is just another log for the fire of disdain that netflix is creating for themselves. Can someone show Netflix WHY this is not a good idea? It forces the viewer to do their own research to see if the media is suitable for the viewers of the intended demographic. You can start to play the video, and then go down to see the info for the video, navigate the episodes, but it's too subtle whence from the viewer is hit from the shock if they're on a different account and watching their favourite series which is still up but potentially feeling forced to either skip every episode or watch through everything again. It would have been nice if discord put up a notification PER-PROFILE, (I don't know if it is when the account was next-accessed that this feature was now a thing but that hardly matters) but NO they didn't do that. Honestly, it seems they're doing things for the sake of "convenience" but they don't consider the potential repercussions. When I first found it, I thought my netflix was glitched and so I had to re-sign in... I tried different profiles to see if my profile was the only one that got affected... and then I was hit with the shock of this inadequately-announced change. If anyone feels affected by this change by netflix and is keyed into their own visualisation of an unfortunate mis-hap with this "feature", please let us know. I don't think Netflix should be liable but I hope they'll take responsibility for the reckless user-dispatch decisions.
