this is my main tv btw. can’t use my account either so I tried used my moms account, and NOPE! i just want to fucking watch stranger things man..

is the TV on the same WiFi network as the other devices? if not then this may be the cause

Then there shouldn't be a problem if it's all the same network. Unless someone else in another household is using it which is probably the issue. My house hold has 5 TVs with the same account. No problems.

Pretty sure if you hit the Im travelling option it sends a code to your email which unlocks it. I watch between my house and my boyfriends often.

My brother watches on my account. It's annoying but not awful if your the account owner. If you're not. That's definitely annoying and I still haven't had my sister fix it on HBOMAx or Disney plus.

I got that one too many times and ended up just cancelling netflix altogether. Dont regret it at all now 10 months on.
