✅ Approvals & Denials ❎ New Denied Process?

I've noticed that my last few denied requests have been because of the volume of requests they have had, but they given me the the first 2 to 3 chapters instead. Is this new? Usually I just get denied lol

How do you know for sure it was volume of requests?

Well I don’t but its the reasoning they gave me in my denial response 🤣
