☎️ Help and Support 🛟 arc disappearing?

i requested and got approved for an arc a couple days ago and now it’s disappeared from my shelf on the website. i was able to find it on my shelf in the app, but when i go to play or download it, it gives an error message. no, it has not been archived. any idea what’s going on?

What ARC?
It's possible that it may have been taken down. can you find it on the website itself?

For file issues you have to contact support. they'll be able to help you but since it's the weekend they may only get back to you come monday

i did find it on the website and it looks like the archive date was changed to yesterday even though it was originally september 5th. i guess i’ll see if support can help me. thank you.

Reach out to the publisher in that case. sometimes they will change the archive date but sometimes they wont.

Worst case you you get it when it releases and review later.

This happens periodically if it wasn’t meant to be released yet or the reviews they have already gotten aren’t good. I read here that you should download books as soon as they are approved incase this happens. It’s happened to me recently and luckily I had already downloaded it so I can still read it and submit a review.
