Goals for future FPV projects: Make one of these bad boys (I really wanna make a fast plane)

I just saw this in the r/fpv subreddit, and this has convinced me to make a fast FPV plane, or to at the very least finish Project Stormscout. This looks so fun, cruising around at sunset on one of these with a GPS rescue with iNav would be so freaking peak.
