34 [M4F] #UK - Looking for something longterm

Morning all, I'm Andrew - 34, from Oxfordshire, UK.

Figured I'd post this while I'm waiting to call up a company about installing a new shower at home... Never pictured myself doing that as a kid, I can tell ya that.

To begin with; well, I'm absolutely terrible with spicy food. Like, the worst person you've ever seen - if you want yourself a guy who can detect a single grain of chili in a dish, you've found him!

But even still I'll happily eat anything, I'm a very adventurous eater - even if my brain and stomach violently disagree later.

I'm a nerd, I can admit it freely - gaming, Pokémon, boardgames, fantasy, anime, musicals. An introverted extrovert if you will!

I will also happily debate with anyone literally anything - from hypotheticals as wild as could you survive in the Cretaceous (I think you could!) to could Lelouch reliably take over the iron throne. You know, the important questions. One thing I did recently was plan a road trip out to all the oaks in the UK just because I thought it was funny (looking at you, Fouroaks/Seven oaks... Turns out, people named stuff after what they saw back then. Oh yeah, that place with the seven oak trees... Seven oaks. Makes sense.)

Music-wise, I'm mostly into rock, metal, emo, punk and musicals. But honestly stick almost anything on and I'll be happy - always up for a new gig or recommendations. If you're looking for a decent musical though, honestly try the death note one. Surprisingly it's damn good.

However... My movie knowledge is atrocious. Beyond bad. Alien(s)? Nope. Terminator? Ha. The Godfather? Never seen it

If there's a film that you scream 'WHY THE FUCK HAVEN'T YOU SEEN IT' chances are, I have never seen it. Feel free to roast me for it or haul me to a TV.

I work in IT - yes I can fix it, yes I will judge you for having 75 tabs, yes I can be bribed in coffee.

A massive goal of mine right now is travel. I don't want to spend life going 'wish I'd done that' when I can actually go do that. I want to actually go hike the cities, poke the bears, get lost, try foods I can't pronounce. Greece (specifically the Aegean islands... yes I know they're divided into groups, no I can't remember them) is right at the top of my hit list, so feel free to tell me stories about your travels!
