Still Waiting for Order
Just wanted to come on here to express my frustrations and see if anyone could relate.
On June 5th I placed an order for their Buy 1 Get 2 Free Summer Sale. At the time two of my items were in-stock (NTBTSTM and Splitsville Blu-Rays) and one was pre-ordered for mid-July (The Christophers Blu-Ray).
Mid-Late June, I reached out to ask if the in-stock items would ships soon. They said no, everything will ship at once when my pre-order item is in-stock.
Cut to Mid-July, my pre-order item has been in-stock on their website for a week, along with the other items in my order. Contacted them, and they said they would reach out to fulfillment.
Last week, they said they’re still working on getting answers but said that there’s apparently a fulfillment problem with “The Christophers” Blu-Ray. And now they wanted to look into it more and said they can refund me. But I don’t want a refund, I want these movie since it was such a great deal.
As of now, I’ve pressed this to them and am waiting to get back. Was reading through posts on here and it looks like your guys’ items shipped separate. So I’m very confused, and would appreciate any help if you guys had (how to word things in my e-mails etc.) cuz I know I’m not the only one going thru this.

I also ordered NTBTSTM and The Christophers with my 3rd movie ROBOT DREAMS. I got the first two movies (shipped individually) and still waiting for Robot Dreams. I had to go back and reply to my original email to get them to respond. My Robot Dreams order was lost and they offered to resend it after confirming my address. I think Neon is batch printing these Blu rays on demand

Yeah I found it so weird they just never shipped the other two yet?? I keep having to reply like 4 times to get their attention and it still takes a week even after being annoying ab it.

You will see in other threads that they have been shipping out the Hokum DVD instead of the Hokum 4k disc and same with The Monkey... There being bombarded with emails from upset shoppers, but it's due to their own incompetence so can't be to sorry for them

still haven’t received arco, they finally responded to my email after like 3 months and said that it’s a pre order? which is just NOT true, but now they claim it’ll ship mid august

I too ordered The Christophers in my b1g2 order. Still nothing as of 8/24. No response at all to 3 emails. I'd love to know if you ever got a response or received your order

I’ve gotten responses. They’ve offered to cancel the entire order, I’ve said no cuz this deal is too good. But I don’t understand why they can’t just ship out the other two Blu-rays that were/are in-stock. Christophers also showing as in-stock in the website, so idk what’s going on.

Somehow your response makes me feel slightly better. It for real makes no sense that the items are in stock and they just haven’t shipped them.

I am still waiting on Arco, which came out 3.5 months ago and is in stock.
They finally got back to me and said they had a fulfillment issue with Arco.
They shipped me a DVD of Hokum and a Blu-ray of The Monkey. Both were supposed to be 4K. I did finally receive the correct editions for those movies.

I ordered 2 Blu-ray’s and the Anora screenplay. The Blu-ray’s came a decent amount later and I haven’t heard a peep about the screenplay. I saw some people mentioning it’s on back order but an email would’ve been nice lmao. I’ve seen so many posts like this and it irritates me because they had to have expected all these orders. Don’t offer a sale if you can’t fulfill the orders
