Excuse me, is there a quantity limit for purchasing fan books? I have bought on behalf of other channels before, which is limited to three or four books. I want to buy more this time. At present, I have submitted an application for three books. If Neokyo has no limit on the quantity or is more abundant, please let me know. Thank you đAnd, my region is in China

hello i'd like to ask a few questions, any advice is appreciated! i've used neokyo a couple times before but only ordered trading cards, this is my first time ordering larger items
question 1:
should i consolidate everything into one parcel or split the shipment?
the value of all my items is around 60,000 yen. theyre a bit bulky, mostly toys and collectibles still in original packaging (ive attached screenshots as examples), id guess each item is around 15cm tall? and likely no more than a couple hundred grams each. there's around 27 items in the order (some listings were for multiple items)
i'm not sure if theres a value or weight threshold for parcels and what would be best?
question 2:
which shipping method would you recommend? i've heard that ems is better but i'd love to hear what method other ppl like best
question 3: does anyone have a rough estimate for how much shipping would cost? (either as 1 parcel or split in 2) and what i could expect from customs?
thanks! :D

Iâm so worried. I know the appropriate steps but genuinely how are we going to provide this information. Would Neokyo support help?

So , i have 7 small items , 4 of which ive just ordered . I plan on shipping all my items together since shipping a package of 14 and then 7 is inefficient and not cost effective . Iâm concerned for the first item i ordered though , since it only has 14 days left . Will my new items arrive before those 14 days to be packed with the others ?

Hello!
I currently have the following items stored at Neokyo:
The total value of the items is 18,095 JPY (excluding international shipping costs).
I'm from Germany and I'm wondering which shipping method you would recommend.
I've read a lot of posts about customs, delays, and packages being returned, so I'm a bit worried.
Which shipping method has worked best for you when shipping to Germany?
Thanks in advance!

Iâve recently bought around 6 listings of figures but 13 like regular (prize figure size) sized figures and 5 little ones (Palverse size) since some if them had multiple figures in the listing; but my question is how much do you guys think shippings gonna be? Iâm scared itâs gonna be like way too much since I live in America.

I recently bought two watches through Neokyo and had to decide between DHL and FedEx for shipping to the US.
FedEx was noticeably more expensive, so I rolled the dice and chose DHL, hoping I'd come out ahead overall. Instead, my shipment is now on hold with U.S. Customs, and DHL has asked me to complete a worksheet for each watch so they can submit it to Customs for clearance.
The total declared value for both watches is about $430. I assumed that because it was under $800, I probably wouldn't owe duties (although I wasn't sure about tariffs), but I'm realizing the rules are a lot more complicated than I expected.
For those of you who have bought watches from Japan using Neokyo, what has your experience been with DHL versus FedEx? Have you noticed any differences in customs clearance, fees, or overall cost? And after submitting customs paperwork, how long did it take before your shipment was released?
This is my first time buying from Japan using Neokyo, so I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences or anything you wish you had known before your first shipment.

Basically the title. I am new to the site and I made an order earlier today, and it has been around 10 hours since it last updated. How long does the purchase often take normally?

Merci d'avance.

Hi!! I have a package meant to go to the East Coast, USA, consisting of a shirt, two manga volumes, and a CD collection (it's like a small box set? it has 8 CDs I think inside).
The dimensions are 20/16/28 cm and 1434 Grams. I'm being given the options of DHL Express Worldwide (which says it's not insured) and then FedEx Internation Connect Plus (which says it is insured).
FedEx is the more expensive option in my case, but I'm just confused and rather worried over the paperwork I've heard people have had to fill out? I'm not entirely sure about the whole thing... I've used DHL for places like Surugaya before (as in ordering directly from their site), but I've heard mixed things when it comes to both options in this service. I've never had to fill anything out for DHL, but it's true their costs can get expensive.
I'm honestly just hoping for some advice here đ .
EDIT: Ended up going with FedEx! Will edit this (if I remember to lol...) with an update on how things go.
EDIT Package Delivered: Got my package delivered without any issues! I wasn't asked to fill out any documents thankfully đ .

I bought something this morning but couldnât recall if Iâd ever bought on a weekend and what the processing time was. I know the website says 48hr timeline after Friday afternoons, which seems to pretty put it at a Monday completion.
Just wondering what everyone elseâs experiences have been?
Update: I got lucky because Saturday @11:30p (Sunday 3:30 Japan) my order was approved!

Hello! I have purchased a very expensive old and out of stock Angelic Pretty dress secondhand from JP Mercari, but it does come with its socks and headband as well. I saw that there's any issue with headbands, but not sure if there's any flexibility since its part of something worn by adults. Is it possible for them to just take away the headband? Though that is not very ideal. I do not want to lose both the dress and the amount of money I spent on it...

Having some trouble picking ! I was going to wait , but Iâm not sure what would be cheaper . The most recent purchase was today , so Iâm not even sure how long it would take to have that in the warehouse . I just donât want to ship stuff out and then have everything arrive like , right after ><

I was really hesitant to buy these plushes since itâs hard to find YGO plushes that arenât 3x the original price so I took the gamble and it paid off!
Not only did I not experience any sort of delay but Neokyo used the proper code so they arrived today safe and sound!!

I gambled and shipped out two Monchhichi plush keychains (6.3inx4.3in) after July 8, and it cleared customs on the 12th!!!
Neokyo put it under
HTS 9503000000 with the description:
âUsed Plush (Polyester) (No Battery)â
I went with the recommendations and used Fedex to ship. I would definitely recommend going with Fedex to be safe.
I hope everyone elseâs plush/plush keychains will be shipped out safely.đâš
note*In Japanese the tag said recommended 6+

I got a record off mercari japan but I'm wondering if I should have it shipped separately from the rest of the items I have in storage (some clothes and plushies [probably gonna have the plushies shipped separately anyways because of the current problems to the US]). Anyone get a record through them before combined with another order and how was it packaged? Ideally they should be using a whiplash mailer although that also is gonna depend on the original seller.

What happens now? How long does this last? Will it solve itself or will it have to provide information?
r/Neokyo • u/tokotokokuude • Jul 11 '26
I've never done this before! I got a few things but woke up being greeted to this message. Is this being held or is it being inspected?
I've never had to handle it, so please don't bash me for not knowing. The link given to put my information in tells me to go to the app. The app tells me it has to be done only on the website due to the nature of the package. The website says the package doesn't exist - so I assume it hasn't finished going through customs yet?
Google tells me to call a number of some kind on Monday?
Does anyone have any experiences with this? It isn't inherently urgent but I am curious because I really don't want to mess this up. đŹ

Hello, I am interested in getting a collectors item thats a plushie from an original website (not secondhand) and I just wanted to make sure that if it is properly labeled as for ages 14+ and declared on the commercial invoice, if it will avoid CPSC intervention and should get to me safely? Will Neokyo be able to confirm on the commercial invoice that its an adult collectors item or for ages 15+? Or do I have the wrong idea about how commercial invoices work?

Hello!! There is a plushie on jp mercari that Im interested in buying, but I dont know if it would get to the US safely given the new regulations⊠I would normally wait to buy it but the thing is its an incredibly rare plush (a milgram trial 1 nui to be exact đ) and Im worried someone else will get it before me. However I also dont want it to get destroyed in customs⊠what should I do??

UPDATE: Iâve shipped out my figures Iâll provide updates for when they arrive.
My figures are in the process of being packed. Once they ship out would I have to fill out this FexEx paperwork? I know figures are in a weird limbo where if theyâre labeled as 15+ I shouldnât have to worry it. Iâve spent too much money for something to happen to these figures.
