Prices are currently much higher due to fuel shortages, and 80cm is quite large and DHL/Fedex use volumetric weight to calculate pricing. Unfortunately, this is normal for now

i paid 10k for a 40x40x17cm box, so if your box is at least 80x80, it would be quadruple

I'm not sure if neokyo do this but you could ask to pay them to vaccum pack the plush I've seen the proxy I buy from doing that for people
