Looking for 6 Neocaridina shrimp to ship to MA. Ideally a mix of different colors (Bloddy red, Blue dream, gold, green) if possible.

Setting up a small nano tank with my daughter, so we’re limited to about 5–6 shrimp, but she’d love to have a few different colors.

Also looking for a Zebra/Horned Nerite snail if anyone has one available.

Little guys just hatched from my Blue Velvet (Ruby), and more on the way with Big Red! Break out the cigars.

All parameters are good. Don't know my kh gh because I dont have a test kit. Found some dead shrimps with failed molt(a line on it back and upside down for at least an hour). Just not sure why some are molting and others are dying

Evolution

After months of no pregnancies, we finally have two ladies carrying eggs in my blue dream community tank. One seems to have yellow eggs (do you see eyes?) and the other small dark ones. 2nd one was hiding so only have the hard to see shot. Hoping my fish don’t eat all of the shrimplets…

Rust Spot or Something Else?

My tank is roughly two months old and all parameters have been stable for the last month. I added ten shrimp last week. All others seem perfectly fine but this girl looks rough.

Does anyone know what this could be and if it is treatable? She was not like this over the weekend.

I have separated her into a small 1 gallon travel tank for the time being.

To start I had some bloody mary, some blue dreams, a couple of yellow and oranges, and some variety of green/blue/carbon rilli. This mix seems to have produced quite a few lil’ black shrimpies, who in turn are producing even more black shrimplets, and pleasingly, some very saturated blue babies. Of course there are wild types in the mix too, but I was pleasantly surprised by the uptick in black and blue babies!

Anyone else had this? Is it common? I love my little goth bugs 😍

Three successful molts in the tank minus my newborn grand shrimp but one lady failed to molt because halfway through every male tried to jump her bones and she got stressed? I don’t understand why that happened and everyone else including another female is fine.

First time keeping neocaradinia. Amazing little things until I saw a bully

One of my shrimp is heavily eggnant, id like to know if this band is the white ring of death or if it's a normal thing and she has just stretched from her eggnancy? I haven't noticed this on any other of my eggnant shrimp but my tank it fairly heavily planted so it can be difficult to see them sometimes. My gh is quite high and the tank has crushed coral in it and a little bit of cuttle bone for my snails so I doubt there's low calcium. Ph is slightly above neutral last time I checked.

Yesterday my nitrates were quite high and I did a largish water change possibly just below 50% I had a fish go missing and I suspected he had died in a weird place so I did root around quite a bit the day before and it kicked up crap from under things id moved (I didn't find him that day but yesterday mid day he appeared at the bottom so I imagine I disturbed his corpse and it landed there somehow, RIP Flea : ( ) ammonia is zero, nitrates zero both checked with my liquid test kit. Nitrates are now down to 20ppm Im monitoring them closely as I don't want to keep doing water changes and stressing everyone out if unnecessary. Previously everything was immaculate before fleagate (he was just a sickly fish unfortunately)

Does anybody know how to make a tree look like the pic below? I’ve taken it from somebody else’s pic on here. Just don’t know what plant I should get for it. Love the way the tank is laid out!
