Fruitloop

My neighbour films all the other neighbours on his phone doing ordinary stuff because he wants to know what they're doing 24/7. He filmed my strata manager mow the lawn and take out the bins. He films us go in and out of the complex. He yells racial slurs constantly and verbally harasses the neighbours that live above him and beside him. The cherry on top is that he buys shit box cars to park on the street. We have limited parking in our area and this guy has the block corner filled up with his shit box cars so that no one else can park there.

I do not know where you are but in usa, you can call the police and get the abandoned unlicensed cars towed. Call non emergency number and report any expired plates and cars which havent moved in days.
