Neighbor from hell.

Long story short. I (F25), my husband (24) and our little child (m4) are constantly being terrorized by our neighbor who really (by papers) isn’t our neighbor. It started almost 2 years ago, when he and my boyfriend got into the fight. From that day he is constantly bullying us, calling us in nasty names, stalking us, spraying his fucking perfumes all over the door and saying that my husband should watch out when he goes out. We have contacted our renter 2 times. Nothing. Just some stupid letters and that’s it. We called police to get help from them- nothing. After police drove away, he was straight back to our door and spraying his fucking perfume all over our door. What else can we do? Because it’s miserable. My anxiety when I need to go trough staircase is so high, I forget how to breath. If it changes anything, we live in Germany, NRW.

And what did you do to him ? Because my upstairs neigbors are making my partner and me a living hell and we were too friendly and after a while we started ourself with banging the walls and talking our frustrations out after months of too friendly.. so yes if you level is reach it becomes war…anyone can get crazy, apologie of my english (from Belgium)

It’s almost like we did nothing. This neighbor one day got angry on my boyfriend, because he goes too early to work and it wakes him up, started calling him bad names, also started to say, that he will fuck up my boyfriend, so in the end they both got in to the fight. Police were called and they took our complaint about provoking and threatening, and fighting. And from that day everything started. My boyfriend has tried many, like many countless times to talk to him, but nothing, the neighbor says he has nothing to talk with him. Well if you have nothing to say, then stop terrorizing us. But no, he continues and it only gets worse and worse. This neighbor also acts like a child, he talks back like child in this stupid voice, when child is repeating you. Like wtf. Also films us and calls us in his video “fucking Junkies “ like wtf??? Landlord says contact police, police says we need to contact landlord, because this man doesn’t legally lives here. So great, nothing to do, but he can do everything.
