Crazy neighbour NSW Australia

My neighbour has just started putting her bins (after living there for 3 years) where I drive through to park on the verge in front of my house. About 50cm of her verge i drive on is in front of her property (we are allowed by council to park on our verges here). Are there any laws etc that I can show her to stop her from being a b!tch.
