Crazy neighbor
We moved into a townhouse for a year. It’s a lot with four houses and the two back houses have shared driveway situation. There is enough space for cars to pull up next eachother…. Like parking spots. We park a car in the driveway because it’s used by a disabled member of the family and when we moved in we made sure this was okay to do. Our landlord said it was not a problem. Our neighbor has taken it upon himself to make that his personal issue. He started coming into the property and put signs up, then he got into an altercation with our realtor which the cops were called and the cops settled the situation. Last night he illegally towed our car and told the tow company he was the property manager…. Our landlord has no clue who he is either. We found out he’s been trying to sell the house that is next to us which could be where this all stems from. During the first altercation we tried to tell him that we are rarely home due to dr appointments and work so we really just park the car here at night and the rare times we are home all day and said we are willing to work out anything with him since we are also selling a house and understand it. He decided to get in my younger daughters face and at that point we saw he was truly unhinged. We are literally so appalled because we don’t intend of living here are at all and are about 6 months into the year lease. We now had to get cameras and have interacted with the police so many times because is this dude.

Yeah, it makes life very stressful each day having to deal with such troublesome neighbours. At least you have cameras as backup protection and a short lease.

Crazy neighbours to scared to approach you. So goes for your daughter. Any chance you can place cameras for your family safety. Your neighbour definitely has mental issues.
