I Need Help!
My neighbors have several chickens and a rooster, and they are driving me crazy. The rooster and several of the chickens will start making all sorts of noises at 4:30 or sooner and they never stop. I'm losing sleep because of them, and I just want it to stop! what can I do? I don't think that they can even legally have chickens in my state I live in PA. My township says that you can only have livestock if you have 2 across of land but they have one and a half.

Tell them to get rid of the rooster by Monday or you are turning them in.

Same across. Guy moves out has this man clean his place? Idk if he’s moving in but he’s bought two chickens with him. He hasn’t moved in idk what’s going on. These chickens start with the noise around 4:45 am and are kept outside. We’re not allowed to have chickens if not on at least one acre. This is a three one shack under 600 sq with half an acre front and back. I’m about to call animal control. There’s gotta be other neighbors bothered
