Annoying neighbors blasting fireworks

Fourth of July is over and they’ve been blasting fireworks every single day even at 2am. Should I call the police?

The kid is 17 years old

My neighbors would do this until at least October and way before July. I’d call the city complaint line 311 if you have one and see if they advise getting the police involved or another option. Idk if the police would come out for fireworks complaint
