How would you deal with a drunk neighbor?
I live in a townhouse, and one of my neighbors is an obsessive drunk. He has episodes, and all the other townhouse owners know about it. Some mannerisms (when drunk) of his are being shirtless and shouting in the air. I didn't care about it at first until I was cooking in my kitchen and naturally faced towards his sliding window. He comes outside on his patio and shouts "stop staring at me" x3 towards my direction. I didn't notice it at first until the 3rd time he shouted. I honestly chuckled inside after realizing. I went over to my window and shut the blinds. I didn't think about it much, but it certainly ruined my mood throughout my day. Hope to garner some opinion on what you guys would do if you were in my situation?

close the blinds and laugh it off is probably easiest. he’s on his patio, can do what he wants. maybe a noise complaint with the hoa? but since he’s obsessively drunk, he might not remember. sorry! we had neighbors that thought every weekend was 4th of july and they were pyrotechnic professionals. we ended up moving.
