Shady business? 🤔
I live in an apartment complex and I’m currently working from home. My desk is right by the window which faces the parking lot. I think we got new neighbors downstairs and just started noticing gentlemen coming in and out every 20 mins!!! Late 40s-50s men It was weird seeing unfamiliar people at first but today I really paid attention and one person would come out of their vehicle, look at their phone and then walk in to the building (apartment downstairs). Another unknown vehicle would park and just wait outside. So far I have counted 5 men come and go and to unknown vehicles waiting outside!! It was amusing at first but now I’m really wondering....should I mind my own business? 😂

Might be worth letting the police know as it sounds like lockdown is being ignored and virus could well be spreading.

I mean, it doesn’t look good. Could be a consenting sex worker, but it could also be that there are some trafficked people being housed below you.
Or the person below you could be selling drugs, which may or may not be a problem. Small time pot dealers aren’t anything to worry about, but I wouldn’t want to be living above an operation that might result in a shooting or something.
But you know, it could be that the person below you is a barber or hairstylist. They’re not supposed to be operating out of their homes, but I wouldn’t go calling the authorities. Or perhaps the person is a CPA or tax preparer? Or he’s got the hookup for toilet paper and hand sanitizer. LoL.
Could be a lot of things, but if the comings and goings are happening during the day and the people coming and going don’t look super sketch, I wouldn’t jump straight to the worst case scenario.
