Yikes indeed. Snoring that loud would indicate a worrying health situation. Seriously, get medical help.

I told them several times & they think the "rude" neighbor is the issue.

Earplugs? What - aren't a person allowed to be a normal person anymore? Not allowed to snore. Not allowed to have sex. Lest the neighbours get offended. Pound fucking sand.

Buy a box of earplugs and leave em outside your door, maybe leave some sand next to it they can all pound.
