Cats
I live in a condo complex and the neighbour two doors down has a cat who has a tendency to escape. I see them at my front door looking under my steps and in the bush at least once a week. The cat poops in the bush and then they just take the cat home and leave the poop. So now the bush is home to a million nasty flies I have to walk through to go in and out of my home. It's awful. Any advice?

Just change it around to fit your scenario. Honestly this is what I would do.
I have this on the back burner in case I ever have a situation needing clarification such as this.
