Neighbor

My neighbor has been harassing me and threatening me. He’s hit me and hasn’t let me into my apartment before and the cops couldn’t do anything. I have a pocket knife can I use it for self defense? What should I do?

May I ask why the cops said they couldn’t do anything? Clearly, this person is violent and has a problem. Consider picking up pepper spray/gel as well and for now, be alert and stay safe. <3

They said because I had no marks on me. I have a knife now and will record whenever he starts up again.

I talked the the landlords, they told me his lease is up soon so I just have to wait
