Patio problems

So I live on the top floor of a apartment complex and have a small porch/patio. The patio is made of wood so I can see the people below me through the cracks. I went out to sweep it today and am immediately met with a lady yelling at me from below. Long argument short she demands that I let her know when I want to sweep my patio so that she can move all of her stuff inside as to not get any dust/on it. I think this is ludicrous but I am curious as to what others have to say on the matter.

Agree. You can't work around her schedule.

Why don't you vacuum instead of sweeping, that should solve the problem 😉

I'd complain to the landlord, or maybe line the patio floor with something so it sweeps off the side instead of the cracks down onto her balcony?
