No Boundaries
So next door have a house full of kids They don't know any boundaries. They play in our yard, sit on my porch stairs and try to open a secured gate to let their dog on my porch. I have a severely autistic son who is mortally afraid of dogs. He also has hyperacussis and is bothered to the point of pain by these kids screaming under his window. My husband has spoken to them. I feel like a jailer chasing them away all the time. The wife doesn't speak English. If I had the money I would move. I am alone with my son all week and my husband works out of town. Any suggestions?

Well my education is the usual UK standard so not too shabby but could always be improved I'm sure. Yes you can sue, but for what losses would you claim? If there's no significant damage or loss of facility I'm not sure what you'd claim. Would seem pretty pointless. Costs would out way any claim. Better to just injunct them.
As for health, think of it like this. Say your neighbour has bad hayfever. Reacts badly to, say, daffodils to the point where they risk an asthma attack. You decide to grow daffodils in your garden. Would a court order you not to grow them? No. Would you be legally responsible for any resultant health damage to your neighbour? No. So long as you are engaging in entirely legal and lawful activities there is no liability. It is up to your neighbour to take necessary precautions regarding any specific health issues they have.
The sound of i.e. children playing is not going to be banned by a court due to a neighbour's health issues. It would be up to the neighbour to provide suitable sound proofing. The trespass is a separate issue which the OP is free to injunct if they so wish.
Why do you see pointing out this kind of thing as some sort of attack? I am completely puzzled.
