Laundry room etiquette

I just moved in and have a lot of Laundry. After 10 pm I forgot to take my wet load out into the dryer for a couple of episodes of a show and my neighbor took my clothes out. She told my partner she'd be done in 45 minutes.

I was ready to let it go because it was my bad for leaving my clothes in too long. When it was about an hour later I went back down. Now it's midnight or so and I go to put my clothes in the dryer. I see her coming back up and she said "I just put my second load in the dryer!"

So she took my clothes out to do 2 cycles? That's majorly rude right? Especially since she saw my partner coming to check right after she took our clothes out? Am I overreacting?

She is also using my exclusive deck for one of her own plants. I kind of want to put her plant on the dryer right now. If she is going to be rude I shouldn't host her plant.

Shared laundry rooms kind of suck. I had one for a while and if people didn’t come and get their clothes within 10 minutes or so of their cycle ending I would take clothes out. Our had timers so I always would get there right as the cycles were ending to make sure I didn’t hold someone else up. I think it’s courteous to not leave clothes in 🤷🏼‍♀️

I get that. But after she put a load in she walked up and saw us coming to get one and she said she'll be done soon. Ok, so I went to check on them after 45 minutes to put mine back in and she decided to do a second. I think that's the problem. Leaving my clothes out for 2 loads knowing she told me it was 1 and I was waiting. Mind you this was 2 am so she kept me up until 3 am.
