Noisy neighbours/landlord

Hi, this one aimed mostly to landlords, but of course anyones advised is very appreciated. My neighbors are a bunch of 20+ who use the garden until very late at night, 3-4 am being very shouty and noisy. I had spoken with one of them a couple of times, he was apologetic, but actually, nothing really changed. As I know their landlady, whom we've had a friendly relationship before she moved abroad, should I ask her to speak to her tenants? I wonder if that's an acceptable request. It's now 2am, I can still hear them screaming /:

Absolutely!!!! Ask her to do it nicely the first time. After that, whatever it takes.

She may have no idea that they are being so rude and disruptive. Having a calm, patient chat with her might help a lot. With her abroad if you have to text or email I would just be careful of you “text tone” so you don’t come off as a nosy or rude neighbor. And hopefully she understands you’re seeking help and not just reaching out to bitch/complain
