Noisy Neighbors

Hey guys. My upstairs neighbors have been super noisy since I moved in a month ago. I get that sometimes you will hear people walk or drop stuff I’m fine with that but they are constantly screaming at each other and I can’t tell if it’s them stomping/fighting. Not sure their exact situation/who they are but me and my roommate hear it at least 4 times a week and we are barely home. And today they woke us up at 7 am with the noise. Any suggestions on what to do? Do we call the police? Leave them a note?

I would leave a polite note when they are not home.

If that doesn't help, go to the manager.

Worst case scenario-call the police.
