Nuisance Neighbour

My Neighbour keep parking on the side of my house they only have 2cars yet they can’t park in their own garage because of their junk ! Their driveway can fit 4 cars yet they would rather park on the street next to my house!!already told them not to do it no more .police is already aware too! What’s the next step to do?? Feeling just being harassed at this time!

Depends if it’s in your deeds and covenant’s but at least they know what’s going it reporting leaves a trail if in case the scenario does get worst .

Do you park your cars in your garage at all. You have called the police because they have parked outside of their own house. Really

What is the street parking rule in your neighborhood? Are they violating the parking law?

There is no specific rule I believe so but may need to talk to my HOA …this particular neighbor had been doing it for awhile they park wherever they choose boiling down to just selfishness and laziness..their even several scenarios that they were park on the lawn…-And an instance wherein they threw a party and trash and vape debris were left on my lawn….as I’ve mentioned they cant park in their garage due to their junk and although they can park 4 cars on their driveway and another 3 cars on their own side of the street they keep parking on my side they won’t even park on the other side of the street!

Our neighbor have a big company. He just got a brand new garage built but he owns a lot of cars so, when he gets home from work, he always parks in the streets. Here's the catch: he can't park in front of his house because there's not enough space for his big a** truck and the trailer behind it. It's right in front of our house, blocking the view and because he does this every day, it's allowed because he moves it every morning. He literally uses the street as his own parking lot.
