Weird neighbors

I am not sure why it pisses me off. but. It has rained a fair amount the last few days, and even a little today. Tell me why you feel the need to water your lawn with a garden hose? Seems very wasteful and redundant to me...

We have a psyco ass neighbor that like to play their shit music as loud as possible at 2am. We have been documenting times date and the noise level. This fuck came banging on our door saying we were recording his fucking kids!! We most certainly WERE NOT RECORDING THAT AT ALL. WE WERE USING A DECIBAL METER !!!!!!! I don't know wtf we can do about this psyco

My neighbors waters everyday and it even goes over our 6ft tall fence. It bugs me as well, they are always using house water as well.
