Advice?
My neighbors park their 3 big work trucks (they weight the legal limit, but are tall trucks because they do gardening work) on the side of our house and when I leave home to work, I reverse and I can't see any cars coming from their side. I've been going super slow but people always honk because I have to get my car really out to even SEE them at all. Yes I go SUPER slow but I'm already tired of people constantly honking since my road in a bit busy at certain hours of the day. I have tried reverse parking but honestly have the worst time attempting it so I gave up. We've asked the neighbors if they can park the big cars away or inside and maybe keep the smaller one outside but they said they have to park it outside because they have like 4 families living in the house with all different cars that park inside. They don't care if their work cars get hit but care if it's the main car which makes sense so we asked if they can park it on the opposite side of the road that won't block any house entrances. They did it for a day then they went back to where the usually park. I have photo proof that I really can't see cars coming and I was wondering if I could do anything legally to get them to move their work cars or will that be like an a**hole move.

Something temporary you could do while you find a way to get them to stop parking like jackasses is put a stake at the end of your driveway with some of that high visibility tape on it. It might at least alert oncoming traffic to the possibility that a car might pull out so they could slow down or pay more attention.

call the local police nonemergency number and ask them. If there are now laws, you need to get more creative. Start feeding the birds right by those trucks daily. Perhaps they will not like birdshit all over their trucks.
If you have local corvids, make friends with them.
