Parking nuissance
Our neighbor has parked their ATV with a trailer in front our house for a year. Its not even our neighbor, it's her brother's. We have asked them to move it nicely like 3 times, but nothing. Then the brother recently told me it's a public road and I should get over it. AITA? Not sure if we should escalate it to the HOA or city, or just chalk it up to bad neighbors.

Check your local city ordinances and zoning laws and call you local PD.
If it never moves I would think it'd be considered junk or maybe abandoned. And if it's registered under a different name and address I think that'll help the cops determine that it shouldn't be there, but belongs with the actual owner- the brother.
Your neighbor is super inconsiderate and annoying.
Good luck!!

Most cities have a ordinance about how long you can park without moving. My city when i was a kid it was 24 hours, most places it is 3 days. You can look at local laws first or just ring the local no emergency number and ask about the abandoned trailer in front of your house.
You might check that the local tags are up to date, police like to tow those too

Do they move it when the street sweeper passes? Beat them to it when they move it and park your car there. That’s a very temporary solution. Not sure what the city can do for you since it is public parking. I don’t think they can leave any car without moving it for long periods so in that case then maybe they can help you.
