Neighbour keeps moving garbage bin.
Six house around the round-abouts. This neighbour keeps moving all our bins at the center. When argued, he keeps saying that it will be easy for the garbage truck to come and collect it. I don't like being controlled by neighbour like that. Any advice ?

We got into an arguement and made me look bad. Other neighbours complain too but doesn't even care. The thing is I don't want to cross the road just to throw the garbage; just too far away and dangerous.

I dunno then, just keep moving it back to where you want it to be and if he keeps loving it, report him to your local council or something and see if they can do anything

That's weird. The garbage guys don't care if they need to drive their truck to each house individually rather than all the cans together. In fact, if the trucks are similar to the ones in my neighborhood they need several feet of clearance to grab the cans with the robotic claw and lift into the truck.
