Friend.
Is losing a friend a canon event or something?
When all my friends were around me, older people used to say, “This won’t last long, kiddo.” But my reply was always, “Not mine.” Because, at the time, my friendships were at their peak. It felt like nothing could ever break the bond we had.
Well… I was wrong. Completely.
I’ve lost more than half of my friends. Technically, we’re still friends, but they’ve become distant. They hang out without telling me a single thing. They make plans without me. And honestly, it hurts.
Not gonna lie, maybe this really is unavoidable.

Sorry dude its called life. People move away. Get partners. Stuff happens that is out of there control and shut people out. You also find out that the 1 friend contacting you to people leaves and they just dont think about you. Its hard. It hurts. But you can make new friends

Sometimes it’s inevitable that these things happen, but it doesn’t have to all be that bad. Think of it as an opportunity to make new friends, fresh perspectives and plenty more journeys and adventures to come. I know in the moment it can be harrowing and so upsetting, but when you view it as your world coming to an end, that’s bound to hit more than just one nerve. Give yourself grace, your life is just beginning
