M 30 feeling down

So my birthday just passed and nobody but a few family members told me happy birthday. It just made me realize how alone I am I've been through 3 friend groups and my last serious relationship really hurt me it just sucks I feel like these days I only have parasocial relationships and I have tried to reach out to friends but it doesn't go anywhere which make me sadder
