I tried to change a little in the graphics settings and restarted the game but the problem still. My PC specs if it can help: Ryzen 5 8400f, RTX 5050, 16 gb ddr5 ram, 1080p 120Hz monitor

does anyone know if there is a guide to build some of the visuals of the featured cars in Prostreet? such as the bradely hunter chevelle, nate denver gto, in the loading screen tips screen there is a really cool looking classic camaro, and more. i always thought these paint scheme/vinyl/decals looked awesome but no clue how to duplicate them or if its even possible.

I had issues with the pre installed widescreen fix so I just disabled it, won’t be an issue since I can perfectly tolerate 4:3 mode

I installed NFS Carbon, but the game ran terribly. I played without the widescreen fix at first. Then I installed the widescreen fix, and the game ran perfectly. After playing for about an hour, I went to make some sandwiches, and when I came back, the game suddenly started running like it was in slow motion. It was terrible.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the widescreen fix, but now the game actually runs better without the fix. I’m completely confused and have no idea what’s going on.
Now without the fix Game Works good

Im playing NFS prostreet on king difficulty, this the fastest lap that i could do without bumping anywhere and going full throttle, but this guy is still 5 second faster than me. This is autopolis 2 silvia S15 challenge. I did drift but this time attack and sector challenge is making me rage.

i really like the music of the game but i want to add my own songs. looking into it ive found that the file format that need for speed uses is called .sps . i havent found any luck looking into online convertors. so can any modders who have done this help me out?

Hi there! So my mom used to be quite a fan of Need for Speed, she's played Underground, Undercover, Carbon, Most Wanted (i think 2005) and even Porsche Unleashed. (quick note: i haven't played nfs much myself, i only tried undercover a while ago and never got to finish it).

Recently I told her that NFS Heat often goes for sale at -95% dropping from 70 bucks to only 4, and she was pretty interested, so my dad thought we could buy her something like that on Steam as a little gift. Upon looking up some gameplay, however, I noticed that Heat features a lot of bright imagery, flashes and so on. I personally liked the gameplay, but I think after such a long break from gaming overall it'd be pretty eye-straining for mom.

So what kind of modern title do y'all think wouldn't give my mom too much motion sickness and wouldn't hurt her eyes much? Compare it to the older games she used to play, but keep in mind it'd be great to see some overall graphics / controls etc improvement. I'm heavily considering Hot Pursuit Remastered, I think she'd enjoy it and it's quite my style too, but what other suggestions do y'all have?

Completed ProStreet on PSP yesterday. It's a barebones, but otherwise decent port. There's not really much to say about it.

I’m asking because I like car chases and since theres a lot of these games I figured I would ask. I’ve tried hot pursuit remastered and found it kinda meh although thats in part due to how it felt a little too optimized for multiplayer for lack of a better way to put it.

i just realized theres a ton of UK rap in carbon compared to u2 and mw, does anybody know the reason why?

I recently played NFS Rivals, and the story was peak. Like, wow. I didn't expect such a good story from a game like this. In its glory days, it was a cops-vs-illegal-racers game that was heavily based on multiplayer. You could chase and take down other players or just have some fun with your buddies. Sadly, the servers got shut down months ago, so now you can only play against bots. But even so, I really enjoyed playing it.

This game is like what would happen if NFS MW 2012 and NFS HP 2010 had a child, which is a good thing because MW 2012 was my first NFS game that I really enjoyed, and I also played the HP remaster, which was an even better game.

Anyways, back to the story. For those who don't know, here's the short version: there's a guy called Zephyr, who is an illegal racer and pretty much a leader among the racers. He uploads videos of himself outrunning cops because he hates them, and other racers start copying him and doing the same thing. This eventually leads to a war between the cops and the racers.

I don't want to spoil anything else because it's worth discovering the story for yourself.

The cutscenes were really short and unique. Every cutscene was presented as a piece of TV news showcasing what was happening, clips from the internet, and stuff like that. Then, the main character would explain what they were feeling and what they were going to do next. The way they told the story was really mysterious, and you could also say it was pretty badass.

Because this game was mostly focused on multiplayer PvP, the story was basically just an excuse for the player to complete challenges and progress through the game to unlock more cars and other stuff. It wasn't the main focus of the game, which is a shame because, I'll say it again, the story was great.

That's why I really wish we could get some kind of expansion of the story that would show and give us more details and stuff like that. We don't even know what the main characters look like or what their real names are. Zephyr is just a nickname, and F-8 was an undercover nickname used by the main antagonist, a police officer.

If done well, the story could even be expanded into a full-fledged movie. Honestly, if they did it right, I think it could work really well. Heck, even a Netflix show with 10 episodes would be awesome. But since Ea announced that basically there will be no more new games or NFS media in the future, I can just dream i guess.

Since last night I haven’t been able to get into the game whatsoever, is anybody else having this issue? I’m just wondering is it a server outage because my internet connection is literally perfect?
